In 1981, I decided that our business, Hodder Construction, would be based on honesty, hard work, and customer satisfaction. We would treat our customers the same way we would like to be treated. With that in mind, Hodder Construction has always gauged its success on our customer’s approval. That is why we strive to continually improve our service – right from the design stage through to our after-sales service.

A local heritage home is getting a renovation. Details in Projects & Updates! Lot 2 of Juniper West Phase 4 is currently under construction and open for purchase! It is a locally designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plan at 1465 sqft. Details here! We also have various renovations on the go at the moment. If you would like a quote on your own renovation, please do not hesitate to contact us! Capilano Drive Lot 3 in the Juniper Ridge area is now complete. The lot 5 project in Rose Hill (Kamloops BC) is also complete. Juniper West Lot 7, project complete, home occupied! Gordonhorn Cres. is progressing as planned. Progress photo's are available in the Project section. Tumbleweeds Pub is now open for business! The reconstruction (The pub was devastated by fire in early 2008) went nicely and we would like to extend our gratitude for giving us the chance to impress! Details and photo's here. The Rose Hill Project is complete and occupied. It is a large home based on an impressive residential home plan.
